Architecture
Led by architect Markos Portalios, PRTA Studio designs private residences, villas, and boutique hospitality projects throughout Greece. The work begins with the specific conditions of each site — light, slope, views, prevailing winds — and develops into clear structures and measured volumes.
Through this process, and in close collaboration with our network of structural and MEP engineers, we seek architecture that feels calm and precise: buildings that are silent, enduring, and genuinely anchored in their place.

Interiors
Our interior work continues the architectural language developed by Markos Portalios and the studio: spatial clarity, material restraint, and careful detail.
Rather than decoration, we focus on atmospheres — how light, texture, sound, and use come together over time. Working alongside local artisans, fabricators, and suppliers, we design interiors that feel like a natural extension of the architecture, whether for living, hospitality, or work.

PRTA Realty
PRTA Realty is the property and feasibility arm of Markos Portalios’ practice. It supports private clients and developers in identifying land and existing buildings with genuine architectural and financial potential.
Combining design sensibility with deep experience in Greek planning and building law, and working closely with a network of surveyors, notaries, and agents, we help clients make decisions that are both ambitious and buildable.

PRTA.SN is the studio’s design-to-build framework, led by Markos Portalios and delivered through an established network of engineers, contractors, and craftsmen.
It provides complete oversight from tendering to handover, ensuring that the precision of the design is carried through to the construction site. Cost, quality, and time are managed with the same discipline that shapes our drawings — so the built work remains faithful to the original intent.
